Whole Prosciutto di San Daniele D.O.P. boneless and vacuum-packed, aged for a minimum of 24 months.

The ham is boneless and ideal for slicing with a slicing machine and possibly also for hand-cutting with a knife.

Obtained from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy and fed according to D.O.P. ham production specifications.

The ingredients are the thigh of Italian pig and sea salt without the addition of additives or preservatives.

Prosciutto di San Daniele is completely natural and due to its high nutritional value and easy digestibility is suitable for any diet.

Store at positive temperatures up to a maximum of +10°C.

End consumer: There are no known contraindications to the consumption of prosciutto di San Daniele, except in cases of allergies or overt intolerances to its constituent ingredients.
